When you fill out this form, we collect only your name and email address.

Why we collect it

• To give you access to the "My Elegance Journey" Telegram companion.
• If you check the second box, to occasionally email you about Elegance Academy classes and offers. This is optional and never required to get access.

Who sees it

Your information is stored on our own server and is not sold or shared with advertisers. It is not included in any internal notification message we receive when you sign up — only your name and email are stored, in our database, visible only to Elegance Academy.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for up to 24 months of inactivity. If there's been no activity on your account for 24 months, it is automatically deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• See what information we have about you
• Correct it
• Delete it
• Stop using it for marketing emails (you can also unsubscribe directly from any marketing email we send)

To do any of this, email eleganceacademyny@gmail.com. If you are in the European Union or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Where your data is processed

Our server is located in the United States. If you are contacting us from the European Union, United Kingdom, or elsewhere outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
